I went to try to change my display for my new fitbit versa 4 today, but found that my settings were all greyed out like they were loading, with no text or anything.
My screen on the versa 4 is also no reacting to wrist movements. I have checked the settings on it and sleep mode is off. It vibrates, so I think do not disturb is off as well...
It's operating as it should otherwise...
Please help.

Thank you for sharing the details about your Versa 4 and the display.
Before considering other options, try to restart the device as indicated: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
In addition, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If you are experiencing difficulties with the Fitbit app, try to follow these steps:
Best AnswerI already restarted my fitbit.
There is no option anymore to force quit the fitbit app in the current version of android.
I can't access the screen to change my face on the fitbit.
Best Answer@FossilBill to force stop the Fitbit app in your Android device, open Settings, search for "Fitbit", and select "Force stop". The most current stable version of Android is 16. That is the version I have and these instructions work for me. After you force stop the app, remember to follow the rest of the instructions provided by @ManuFitbit
