Can't access the Fitbit App Gallery

I was hoping someone could help me with this. I have the Fitbit Versa 4 and I wanted to customise my watch face with my own picture but todo that I needed to go to the gallery on my phone but when I do the search bar is not there the space where it is supposed to be is empty

To better assist you, may I know if you're a new user? If so, please make sure that you've already set up your Versa 4. Otherwise, you won't be able to see the App Gallery icon. 

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please make sure you're following these steps in order to access the App Gallery and change the clock face on your Versa 4.

I have it all set up but for some reason when I go into the gallery the search bar is not there

@Sarah-Ellen Thanks for getting back and for the image attached. 

Please try the following:

• Make sure that your Fitbit app is updated
• Log out of your Fitbit app
• Force quit the app
• Log back into your Fitbit app
• Try accessing the App Gallery
