Is it just me or is there no actual support any more? I've been unhappy with Google/Fitbit since they started making changes to Fitbit and the last straw is the destruction of the Sleep Tracker.
Today, I decided to try contacting support - I clicked on the link and it took me to X formerly known as Twitter. I deactivated my account on that platform when the new owner took it to the dumpster.
Then I tried clicking on another link - nothing happened.
My conclusion is Google is tearing down Fitbit piece by piece until there is nothing left.
All the features that drew me to Fitbit are disappearing. I'm a user of multiple versions for over 13 years.
Longevity is not appreciated.
Is anyone else able to contact support?

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone works well, too.
