Four months ago I bought a Versa 4 from Amazon that stopped working a few days ago. I learned that there is no Amazon warranty because it was sold by their Woot division. Do I have any options? This was not an inexpensive tracker. Does Fitbit stand behind their product?

Hi @SEllison you pay by credit card? If so, see if the banking institution has an insurance on purchases. Some members of the forums have found their card company will issue a reimbursement for the device if it becomes defective. The only other option is to ask Amazon for help. When purchasing, it's important to have it sold and shipped by Amazon to have that warranty. Since many retailers aren't even real companies, anyone can buy and sell on Amazon and Fitbit can't give a warranty for those devices.
