There is a similar thread for the sense 2 but it seems they didn’t ever fully resolve it. Issue is occurring on my versa 4. When the alarm goes off, the screen flashes and i have to click many times and try to ‘catch’ the button at the correct time in order to turn off the alarm. My brightness level is dim, vibration level is strong. https://imgur.com/a/ec7GvP6

Hi there, @rayllynn. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this.
To better assist you, may I know if you're experiencing a screen issue in general? Have you tried finishing an exercise or answering a call? Does the screen respond?
As a first approach, I'd recommend the following steps:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
