@Cgris Thanks for getting back to me and for the information provided.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Lastly, please try following all troubleshooting steps provided here Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Cgris. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not updating. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend making sure that your Versa 4 is above the 25% of battery to complete the update. If your watch isn't sufficiently charged before the update, the update may fail.

If you continue having issues, please see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

The battery on my watch shows 255%. The battery on the App shows over 80%.

I have hold the button on watch to see if it works.
