Can't update my Versa 4

Hi, I'm not receiving yet the last update 210.26. (I'm in Italy)

I received un update some days ago, but the battery was low so I dismissed it. It never appeared in the next days.

Hi, I'm not referring to the App but to the firmware of the Watch.

The missed update is 210.26.

@rbisti Thanks for letting me know that you're rerring to the firmware version. I apologize for the misunderstanding. 

Before you begin the firmware update, charge your device and confirm you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed on your phone or tablet. Note the following:

  • If you update your device at midnight (when your step count resets) you may see an inaccurate step count for 24 hours.
  • Updates may take up to an hour or more to complete.
  • Let the Fitbit app run in the background on your phone, which allows a small portion of the firmware update to download to your Fitbit device each time your device syncs

To update your device:

  1. With your charged Fitbit device nearby, open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the Today tab > Devices > your device image.
  3. Tap the pink Update button. This option only appears if an update is available.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and keep the device close to your phone, tablet, or computer during the update. After you start the update, a progress bar appears on your device and in the Fitbit app until the update is complete.

If the update is not available, I advise you to wait a couple of days more to see if they shows up again.

I've done this procedure many times without obtaining the Update.

This morning the update appeared and I succeeded.

Strange behaviour...
