I tried to search for this with no luck. So apologies if this has been answered.

My Versa 4 sends email when it is at 36% charge. Is there a way to drop this to 20% or any other lower number?

Hi @Patrick - no this is not possible, it tries to warn you to be sure you don't run out of battery.
