I read the ither answers and it is still not working for me. I go profile but it looks different than all instructional videos. I also dont have an option for Gallery. This is what I see when I select my device. I try ro select watch faces and tiles and nothing happens.
Best AnswerHi @Dssolo1. Fitbit recently changed the app, so those instructional videos are out of date. If nothing happens on any of the options, please try deleting, then reinstalling the Fitbit app.
This might be an app issue, not a device issue.
