When fitbit teamed up with Google they changed my email account on my fitbit account from AOL to my Gmail account so I stopped getting notifications of my emails on my versa. I cannot find a way to get my original email address as my main email on fitbit......

I have messaged Fitbit support but no answer. I also forgot my fitbit password and tried to recovery screen but it doesn't work...... 😩😩😩

Hi @mintomunro - the sign in for Fitbit is not what determines notifications.

Any app running on your phone that can produce a notification in the status bar can send that notification to the watch.

Pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons as a first step and follow the notifications setup How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

If the account for email is working on your phone, irrespective of the Fitbit account, you should be able to receive notifications.

@mintomunro - when you go to your device in the Fitbit App and click notifications you will have only one email account selected by default.

Click App Notifications and add the other email account app.

That way you can have notifications from multiple email/chat apps.
