Changing a new clock face for Versa 4

Hello,

Can anyone please help me, I had very briefly managed to download the Google Arts & Culture clock Face onto my Versa 4. I was very pleased but, I'm not exactly sure what happened the clock face kind of 'froze' and I kept getting a blank clock face.

I've referred to tips on Google but I don't really understand step 4- what does it means by 'from the Account page, tap the name of your device'

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Versa 4 clock face.

My best recommendation would be for you to restart your Versa 4 and then change the clock face, you can check the steps here. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hi @Sparrow1107 - in addition press the watch button and pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.

If your watch is in Sleep mode it will remain blank unless you wake it manually.
