Good afternoon,
I bought a new Versa 4 2 days ago and I see that it is acting in a way it shouldn't when changing the brightness.
As you can see here: https://youtube.com/shorts/WTIMi49pX2o?feature=share , after changing from one brightness mode to another, the brightness momentarily goes up but then goes back to the lowest (although on the button it still shows that it is at maximum). You can also see that the night mode is disabled. I've tried doing it in a dark room and in broad daylight, and it does the exact same thing either way.
Is there any way to fix this? I have tried unpairing and re-pairing the watch from the mobile, I have also factory reset it, and it still does the same thing.

Hi @Alhaeris - this is a bug. The brightness can flash when changing it and has a mind of it's own at times.
There are 2 places to change it. Pull down on the watch face to change it there and also click on Settings and it can be changed there.
It does seem to correctly go to Dim mode if sleep is enabled.
Try setting a sleep schedule, it may work better and also try turning off the phone's Bluetooth and see if this has an impact.

Thank you for your quick response!
I have tried enabling night mode and brightness locks correctly in dimmed mode. I have tried disconnecting bluetooth from the phone and added a sleep schedule but the same error happens (changing the brightness from the display settings this time). https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Yrv2Y4hYhVM
