Just purchased the Versa4, as with a lot of others The Versa Calls function keeps disconnecting from my bluetooth. I have done all of the suggested actions and can get it to connect but then just drops out again. Is this actually fixable or should I try and get a refund as I need that call function.

Hi, @Dodos1 Welcome to the community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the call notifications of your Versa 4, and also thanks for following steps to get it solved.
My best recommendation for you would be syncing the device more frequently, since this will help you making sure the device is connected to bluetooth. I recommend you to check this article too.
Best AnswerI am currently working on my replacement Versa 4 because my original one would not connect Versa 4 Calls to Bluetooth nor would it update. My replacement wasn’t updating either but I was finally able to get that accomplished this evening. Now that the replacement has updated it too is dropping the Versa 4 Calls in Bluetooth. I have updated the Versa 4, the Fitbit app, and my iPhone 14. I have also followed the directions you posted here, but I am still not able to use the on-wrist calls because it won’t stay connected to the Bluetooth. Any further suggestions?

Best AnswerI received an email last night stating that the text response doesn’t work on IOS. I am furious because I have spent hours on customer service and said several times I have an iPhone and not one representative, nor any product description has stated the device doesn’t work with IOS!
