Upgraded from Vera’s 2 to versa 4 a few months ago and everything was fine until I updated the app (on iPhone) about a week ago.
All my sleep data disappeared forever. The other data seems to be intact. But not it’s not syncing my sleep data to the app. The watch shows the data overview but because it’s not syncing I can’t see any details like awake time or comparative data like weekly average.
tried moving to google account, updating the app again, restarting the watch and manually syncing, and still sleep data shows none on the app despite being on the watch and all other data sets syncing normally.
