Connecting my Fitbit to google was the worse thing I could have done.  The integration has taken control of how I use my device.  I have spent the last three hours on the phone with Fitbit support and we (me and the Fitbit rep) are unable to get assistance from Google.  I have been a loyal customer of Fitbit for over 15 years and now am ready to hang it up and move on. 

I say this to say if you have not already connected your Fitbit to Google - DON"T do it!
