Disgraceful customer service

I am no nearer to resolving my issue. The Fitbit versa with GPS screen has gone blank. It is well within it's one year warranty period. For the last two weeks I have been stuck in a circular loop with customer support. I rang the first time and had an email exchange where a returns label was going to be sent out for me to return the watch. A week later, nothing happened. Then I went on the chat function and had to explain all again using the original case reference. Was told it was with a "higher team" and would hear back within 24 to 48 later.  8 days later and nothing, so had to use the chat function again and they said they couldn't resolve, and got sent links to a refund and return process, which was the same customer support link I'd just been on!! I can provide the case reference if someone wants to get back to me, but I need a replacement or refund asap as the watch is unusable and I have spent hours trying to resolve and am no further on.
