Distance and Pace staying at 0

Hi, my Versa 4 is no longer tracking my distance and Pace. It shows the time I am walking and counts my steps but the pace and distance remain at 0. Can anyone help please?

@Versa4walker Is this when you are starting your walk from your Versa 4 by choosing the "Walk" option? Before you start your Walk on the Versa 4, swipe up on the screen and scroll to the bottom and make sure your GPS is toggled "On".
