When I pull up exercise tile on Versa 4, and then choose the exercise, the screen goes blank and nothing happens. Help!

Best AnswerStill dealing with this after 8 weeks. I would think the Google engineers could easily fix it. SOOO frustrating. Starting to look for other options after 12 years with fitbit.
