When I pull up exercise tile on Versa 4, and then choose the exercise, the screen goes blank and nothing happens. Help!

I restarted it as instructed and I am still having the same problem. When I hit an exercise tile - nothing happens, the screen goes blank.

I have done the above and I am also having this issue.
Is there a patch coming to counter this error.

Still dealing with this after 8 weeks. I would think the Google engineers could easily fix it. SOOO frustrating. Starting to look for other options after 12 years with fitbit.

I have literally had my Fitbit a week. Might return for a refund.
