My exercise days haven't been showing on my app for over a week now. I got a new versa 4 five days ago but it has been like this from before that when I had versa 2. I have restarted fitbit, disconnected Bluetooth, uninstalled and reinstalled app but nothing fixing it. Any ideas what to do next?

 Same issue in versa 4 Lite. Not showing in this week exercise days even usually does it automaticly. Done all and nothing helps. Android phone. Does anyone know what to do?
