Fitbit App is Becoming Useless

Synced my app today with my Versa 4 and yesterday's step total is 56 while the miles are 5.23. When I look at the week the steps are still the same. When I synced my app on Monday, Sunday appeared with 39 steps and 5.52 miles. It is absolutely ridiculous. My app software is up-to-date, I've tried resetting my Versa on more than on occasion and still nothing. Saturday, 11/2 shows 92 steps and 5.07 miles. And since Goggle has taken away the Dashboard as a backup I can't delete the app as I will lose all of my data.

Also, regardless of how many steps/miles I go the calories always appear as 1,465 or 1,470, as if I was in a coma all day. Also, when I look at the year there are ZERO calories in February through August on the graph and only above 1,500 in July and August.

For the yearly Steps there is only one month that has what I really walked. For the rest, there are 2 "6s" 1 "4", 1 "15", 1"18" and all the rest are below 10,000 though I average about 13,000 a year.

Only the Miles show the real data, varying between 5.63 and 6.85.

Update: When I synched it this morning, the steps were just 6,310 while the miles were 6.38, floors were 29, and of course the calories were still just 1,470. The app really is becoming useless and with Google doing away with the Dashboard as a backup I can't delete the app and start over.

Does no one who works for Fitbit have a clue how I can address this? It is so freakin' frustrating.

So today I synched it around 6:30am and it shows yesterday's steps as 4,088 with miles of 6.43 and until I just resynched it it was showing today's steps over 13k, which is what yesterday's were.
