Is anyone experiencing issues with adding a card to the google wallet app on Fibit Versa 4? I went through the trouble of setting up an account with Revolut (supported bank) and even though it allowed me to add the card details, it still prompted me to verify my identity with Revolut which they had already done!?
I've gone back and forth with Revolut and Fitbit support but nada...seems like I need to try another bank and another just to use this simple functionality..

@NJH87 Welcome to the Fitbit community!
Sad to hear that you're having trouble adding a credit card to your Versa 4's Google Wallet. In general, Google Wallet on Versa 4 should be working as I was able to add my VIMpay card without any hazzle. Please check things again with Revolut to see where it's stuck.

Thanks for your input. I've already been in contact with Revolut for the past two days trying to resolve this but there's no fix.
I can see that other users are experiencing similar issues to mine (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-4/Google-wallet-gt-cannot-add-card-card-not-supported/m-p/5285...) so might actually be Fitbit who need to look into further?

@NJH87 Thanks for your fast feedback!
It's always difficult to judge who's to blame if there are two involved in an issue without knowing internals. Maybe this thread from the Revolut community can help you solve this issue:
Unable to add Revolut card to Google Wallet
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I am in the same boat
Just upgraded from Versa Lite to Versa 4.
Happy that I get the additional features like NFC, floor counter, integrated GPS and so on. Not so good that it doesn’t support 3rd party apps (Spotify control especially!)
The option to switch to Google Pay from Fitbit pay was selected in the first instance. I use Apple Pay but I do have cards saved on google pay too so thought it was a no brainer to go with that. Maybe I shouldn’t have.
I get a “Something went wrong” error when trying to add my TSB bank cards to the tracker. My Revolut card adds to the tracker but I’m stuck at verification and nobody can help.
I asked Revolut for a code, they went through the standard advice of restarting the phone, add via Revolut app (not possible), remove card and add again. When that didn’t work they told me to contact Fitbit support. Fitbit support went through the whole restart advice again and then pointed me back to Revolut. No further forward.
Fitbit support also advised I contact TSB as considered an issue their side. Again, all the procedures above were suggested to no avail. I’ve been given a phone number for the TSB Apple/Google pay team and to call them in 72hrs.
I’m trying to set up for convenience but looks like Google Wallet is a bit of a redundant Fitbit feature and a headache to set up. I might just have to stick to Apple Pay.

Same issue here. UK, tried Lloyds, First Direct, Nationwide and Chase, none work. Each giving a variety of errors, although all work in Google Pay on my phone fine

Exactly the same as this gent, unable to add any card to the smartwatch. Big flaw that should be fixed ASAP. Shame on Fitbit

When I added Google Pay to my watch, the setup process simply added the cards connected to Google pay to my watch. If revolt already shows your Watch as connected, you may want to disconnect, but would this also disconnect revolt from pay on the phone?

Had the same issue, add Coop bank to that list of banks that Fitbit claim are supported on their website, but does not work, had all my back cards working on my fossil gen watch, none work on Fitbit Google pay. Why??
