My Fitbit screen won’t come on. It’s still recording data but the screen doesn’t work. I’ve tried restarting and it vibrates. No screen responsiveness. It is charged as well.

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. As you've mentioned already having restarted your device, I'd recommend to let the battery of your Versa 4 drain completely. Then give it a full charge to see if it's working afterwards. This will take a while if the battery is completely down.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I’ve tried restarting and changing the clock face. Neither of those things worked.
