Hi, I’m hoping someone can help. I’m waiting for a replacement charger for my Versa 4 which was requested around two weeks ago. Since receiving an email saying there was a delay in processing I haven’t heard anything at all. I’d like to contact customer services to find out when my replacement is being sent but I can’t find a way of doing that. Does anyone have a contact number or an email address please? Many thanks,

Hi,

Happy to say that I’ve received my charger today, so someone somewhere
within the company did their job.
I appreciate all the help offered ☺️

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

Hi,

Thanks for your post. The UK number you’ve provided tells you to go to a
website that is of no help to me. I’ve spent an hour basically getting
nowhere. The one operative spoken to gave me the same phone number. Their
customer service support is woefully poor.

Hi yes I have, they just provide the same phone number you have, which has
been of no help. It’s incredibly frustrating being given no help from what
they laughably call customer support.

Thanks for your message, it appears that my request has been noted as I’ve
received an email telling me that a replacement has been ordered for me.
I’ve been here before on May 10th so I’m not holding my breath. I’m
actually quite shocked at how poor their customer support has been, I’ve
been passed from pillar to post, given useless information and not
receiving what I requested initially.
