Fitbit Versa 4 isn't syncing

Hello my fitbit versa 4 isn't syncing and my steps are just adding on to yesterday's steps can someone help?  Thank you

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. I'd suggest to try if restarting your device will fix this issue. To do so please press and hold Versa 4's side button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

Thank you so much. I have done that it's synced it as a new device. Is there anyway to add my steps from yesterday and today? Really appreciate all your help. 😊

I'm sorry to tell you that you can't manually add steps, so the steps you couldn't synchronize are gone.
