since the latest Fitbit update I've had numerous issues. Issues with my watch face just disappearing, issues with the giant red X. When these things happen I tend to just do a hard reboot. This last week I noticed that myfitbit is not charging. It used to take only an hour to charge in full. But now, it will stay plugged in for HOURS sometimes over night and not charge at all. I did lose my charger about 8 months ago, so I am using a compatible one but have had no issues until these last 2 weeks. I plug it in (or connect the charger) and it will vibrate like it's charging, it will showing the battery life and then nothing will happen. Today, it jumped from 33% to 82% down to 79% and now back down to 22% all within the span of min (and in that order).

Have you checked again if you can update your Versa 4?
