Cannot find syncing to sync with phone anymore. Not giving true sleep because not synced

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not syncing and not giving your sleep records.
This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.
May I suggest you to read and follow the steps listed in the following help article? Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If you can't find your sleep session, please follow the steps shown here: I can’t find my sleep session.
To accurately track your sleep, make sure your device is positioned higher on your wrist, about 2-3 finger widths above the wrist bone. The band should feel secure but not too tight. For detailed instructions, check out How do I wear my Fitbit device?
