It's just 2 months I have purchased versa 4 and now suddenly it's turned off after putting on charge also it's not turning on not expected this after paying 20k for such a we'll know brand fitbit

Hi @Shahkhushi - try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Also check How to check charge cable - Sense 2/ Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If neither help seek a warranty replacement.

Hi,
Am having the same problem! Bought mine in August, it turns on, but will go no further. sometimes red x appears. I can past the language section, then nothing else.
