I cannot change any of the settings using the touch screen on Versa 4

When I go in to the Settings on my watch I cannot change any of the settings using the touch screen on the watch?

Thank you for sharing with me the inquiry regarding your Versa 4. 

Did you already tried to restart the device? Please press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
