Fitbit Versa Update is awful

I was forced to update my Fitbit Versa dashboard this morning. There was no way out, except to choose update. The changes are terrible. The look and functionality is cheapened. The features are hard to find. This "update" seems to be an intentional way to decrease customer satisfaction. I may be shopping for an Apple watch soon.

I pay for premium and it is terrible for me too! I have stopped premium renewal.

Agreed! Waking up every morning to big black letters saying “No Data” until I’ve relocated and synced several times is a horrible  negative depressing start to the day! Have STOPPED premium renewal and will throw away as soon as I have a NON-Fitbit replacement.

I so so agree. This new update has me totally frustrated. I hate it royally and will no longer be buying Fit Bit. The old one worked just fine. Why mess with it? 

The only bonus to this update is the green + sign as a short cut. Yes. The option to choose to set it back would be a bonus. It sucks, period. From someone who usually doesn't complain.

I believe they have done this with the intent of forcing us to switch to
the Google app for our watches and trackers instead of the Fitbit app. Ever
since Google acquired Fitbit this nonsense has continued. And for those of
us who have held out and have not switched to the Google app, has had to
put up with second rate childish looking updates from Fitbit / Google.

Hi all, probably best to add your posts in the consolidated "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the appropriate iOS or Android app forums along with the other unhappy users where you will see more fully the issues.

Unfortunately it would seem likely you are stuck with this version officially. Though there may be some tweaks over time already mentioned there. This could take months to get this test version to anywhere near how the previous version was.
