Since getting a Versa 4 (and switching to a Google account at the same time), back in December, the app crashes two or three times a week. it opens blank and it doesn't matter if I clear cache/data, nothing will work unless I uninstall and reinstall the app. someone advised I restart the watch (Versa 4) to stop it sending bad data, but that didn't help. I can't keep going like this, having to spend 20 minutes deleting, installing, resyncing and signing in etc just to check the basics. Any advice that might fix this would be appreciated!
