Fitbit app won't load

I can't get to the gallery to adjust any settings....the app home page goes round and round....get nowhere

Hi there, @MissJig. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Fitbit app. 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app


If the above doesn't work, may I know if the Fitbit App Gallery app is the only section not working?
