I got the charge 4 last July 27th. It now won't keep its charge, I charge it and approx 36 hrs later it's dead, was lasting 5 to 7 days depending, my last fitbit lasted me 4 years and still charged and lasted days. It also keeps showing the fitbit logo randomly.
Please help as I chose this over the Samsung watch, but now wishing I hadn't, at 8 months old it should be still holding its charge.

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected.
As a first attempt to hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest restarting your device by keeping it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display. Before doing so, please sync your device to not lose any data tracked so far.
You might also check if changing the clock face will get your device back to working oder. Here's how to do that:

In addition to the accurate information provided by @Talahthas , I would add that you check the points listed in this help article to prevent battery drain for some functions that might not be needed for now.
