Meu relógio começou a reiniciar em looping, e assim ficou por algumas horas. Ele desligava e quando ligava de novo, aparecia o símbolo da fitbit e em seguida o X. Agora ele não liga mais, e quando eu coloco para carregar, ele aparece o símbolo fitbit mas a tela fica preta em seguida. Alguém pode me ajudar, por favor?
