Fitbit won't turn on or sync

Received my Versa 4 as a gift and have let it charge for 3 days,  I've tried the factory reset and still won't turn on.  I keep getting the flashing fitbit symbol with no sign of it coming back on to even attempt to get it to sync to my phone.  Any advice?

Hi @Debbie0820 - if you are stuck on the Fitbit logo, have a look at other posts for this but it is often unfixable.

If the watch is still under warranty it can be replaced possibly where you bought it or you can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support.

I have tried multiple times to get it to work and would like it replaced I
can not return it to the store it was a gift
