Wow! Explains so much about your product seeing as it was less than a year old. Good to know not to do business with Fitbit because they don’t stand behind their product. You give your customers a lame excuse.

“ However, due to some factors that are beyond human control, the materials that these devices are made of also reach their limitations.”

“We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers.”

Then replace product that’s less than a year old. This is clearly on Fitbit and not the customer. If you’re constantly striving to improve products and services, this might be an option considered.
