Hi @JDominic - if you are not setting up or entering pin this may be due to a clock face try changing to another one from the app.
In any case your watch may not be syncing properly if so try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
