GPS Connected but after the run no map data

My Versa 4 connected successfully to GPS before a 10km run. It was connected during the run. It synced successfully but no GPS data is available. Exported the file as .trx file and it has no data on it. Can I find my GPS data anywhere urgently?

Just to confirm and to determine if the issue is caused by the app, the Versa 4 or the record over all. 
When you go to the online Dashboard (fitbit.com) do you see the map there?

If so then the issue is with the Fitbit App if not, this means that no GPS data was recorded and then it's something else.

- no map data appears on the Dashboard.

- what if i 100% remember seeing the notification on my versa 4 “GPS Connected” . Does that mean the versa 4 has an issue and it lost my data? Can you retrieve it please?

@Peter_Travers , Thank you for your reply and confirmation. 

What I think that might have happened, is that you have Mobiletrack on. 

This feature uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging). Please make sure MobileTrack is not activated.
It may happen that the steps recorded with the cell phone overwrite those of the Sense .

In the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon (top left corner).
There you will see the devices linked to your account.
If you see the Mobile Device Active option, tap it and remove it from the account.

I'm sorry, if the data was overwritten or deleted, it cannot be recovered.
