I have had almost every model of Fitbit since they came out. I recently upgraded to the Versa 4 from the Versa 3. The models are very similar, but the Versa 4 does not match the GPS tracking accuracy as well as the Versa 3. I will run the exact same route, but it will give different locations of when 5km is completed. It does not track indoors and only connects to GPS when I go outside. It tracks my steps depending on the exercise chosen, but does not track spinning or cycling as steps, yet it will track the elliptical.
I get better accuracy with a separate fitness app on my phone when used simultaneously, which is a disappointment.
I did not have these issues with the Versa 3. I can say I am not overly satisfied with this product and regret the upgrade for the first time since being a Fitbit customer.
