Versa 4 ends my exercise after 15 mins into a run

I recently purchased my /versa 4.  I; notice that about 15 minutes into an hour run, my Versa 4 asks me, "end exercise?"

What can I do to correct this?  Thank you.

To get rid of this message, first please open the Training app on your Versa 4. Then select the exercise of your choice. Finally swipe to Auto-Stop and set it to off.

The training app is not showing and exercise doesn't have an auto stop option
