Google Assistant is not available on Versa 4

I just recently got the sense 4 and after doing some research,it said it has google assistant. But it doesn't. So disappointed that it doesn't have it. Thinking about returning it just because no assistant

Hi @diego6627 - Google decided to remove some features from this version of Versa 4. We are not sure why.

If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct or from an authorised shop perhaps and some stores a 14 to 30 day one.

I'm happy with the overall Fitbit but I was really happy when it said
google assistant was included . But it's not

@diego6627- it's never been stated that Google Assistant is/was or will be included, publicity said it wasn't and isn't.

The issue was raised very early on in the forums.No Google Assistant on Sense 2?

I went to the Fitbit website and it shows how to access the assistant. But
not in American when I got a representative on the chat. So I don't know
what you are referring to. I did see that it was
included apparently where you live.

@diego6627- the voice assistant states that it is Alexa which is builtin.
