Google maps cannot connect on Versa 4

Hi,

I have the latest Fitbit, google maps apps. Firmware up to date. 

I have set up Google maps on the fit bit app. 

If I start walking directions on Google maps, it automatically opens up the Google maps app on my watch but it just says connecting. Then couldn’t connect. Photo attached. 

I have tried clicking fix issue but everything is set up as it should be. Occasionally it does work but seems very unpredictable and 95% of the time no directions show. 

any help would be great

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that Google Maps is not connecting with your Versa 4. 

Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you tried. 

This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.
