The graph on my app has stopped uploading and my previously recorded heart rate graphs are gone. The data is tracking because theres a graph on my versa 4 but not on the ios app. I have tried everything from other discussions to fix this issue (deleting data, deleting app, restarting phone, redoing bluetooth, signing out) nothing has worked. Please help thank you

Ever since the update the heart rate tracker doesn’t work like at all. Mine won’t hardly go over 100. I think the highest I have seen it is 101 and this is when I have had heart rates in the 160s at least when spinning. I tested it with the machine I was on and a pulse ox. They need to fix it

Hi there!

@Tea644 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! @SunriseRun56431 It's great to see you here!

Thank you for reporting this situation and for all your efforts.

@Tea644 Several users found that the issue can be resolved by changing the time format of their phones from 12 hours to 24 hours (iOS System).

To do this, on your mobile, try to do the following steps:

  • Settings > General > Date & time > 24 hours > Slide to ON.
  • Then restart the Fitbit app (closing it by swiping up), reopen the app and see if the graph appears.

If the heart rate graph is still not appearing on the Fitbit app, could you please post a video about this? This way we can understand more about this issue and report it to the proper team.

Additionally, can you please share with us if you change the time zones regularly? And if the data that disappeared was recorded in a different time zone?

Thanks in advance for your help.

@SunriseRun56431 Please try to do the following:

  • Tap the Heart tile, then tap on the 3 dots, select "Settings" then "Heart rate zones", there you can manually type your "Max Heart Rate".  Sync your watch with the Fitbit app afterwards.
