I’m having the same issue. I’m wondering if so many people are having this issue- why? My Versa2 never had an issue, it just couldn’t hold battery any more. I’ve done all the sync’s, it’s fully charged or well over halfway, it’s two fingers below my wrist bone, the band is snug and not slipping, but it’s only recorded maybe 7 days this month. I tried the “enter the sleep log” mode and that pulled up data for 1 day but none of the others.
I’m on the free trial of premium but if this issue is not resolved- I will not be paying for the “premium” subscription. Really disappointed that Fitbit changed to require Premium for basic sleep tracking and even more disappointed that it no longer works. I have had the new one for 1 month today.
Fitbit, I’ve been loyal 👏- this is my 4th or 5th Fitbit since the very first clip on one. There has to be a better solution here.
PLease don’t cut and paste the steps from all the other responses. I have read them, tried them, cleaned my fit bit, reset my Fitbit, checked all sync’d correctly…still no sleep data. C’mon FitBit, don’t make a liar out of me to all my Apple Watch friends 🙏….???
