Versa 4 not tracking skin temperature

My new replacement Versa 4 is not tracking my skin temperature at variations at all? Is there a solution to this issue? Nothing I've done seems to reactivate it, such as: restart my Versa 4, restart my android phone, and search for an area for reactivation of this feature on my dashboard.

I'm sorry to hear your skin temperature is not being registered yet. I appreciate you have taken the time to try some troubleshoting prior posting on the community.

In order to check your skin temperature trends, wear your device for at least 3 nights, especially to sleep. In the third morning, open the Fitbit app and tap the Health metrics tile. Tap the Skin temp variation tile to get more details, including your historical data.

I used that fix earlier; however it didn't resolve my issue. I always wear
my Fitbit to bed. It's now been 5 days with this new replacement Versa 4
and this app option is still dormant. My older Versa 4 did not have this
issue. Do you have any other recommendations?
