Hi, my hourly activity for today is showing 0 for all 9 hours.

I hit each of my 250 goals.

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled app, logged in and out, turned watch off and on, re-paired....everything I have read I should do, still nothing.

Any ideas?

I assume you mean not showing on phone app.  For me phone app display often just doesn't update fully.  If I just tap left arrow to go back to yesterday, the forward arrow to come back to today, it usually fixes display.  No guarantee, but worth trying.

I am also having the same issues since yesterday and nothing has worked.  Going back to the previous day use to work but it’s not working now. Any other ideas would be helpful!

Nor reflecting in the calories burnt, yesterday I did 1200 steps, a work out and a full days work, house work etc. and it said I burnt 1100 cals which is less than the body normally burns doing nothing.

I tried what you said AND everything above, nothing.

Hi @SA78 @Cece107 - the new V4 Fitbit App suffers from syncing issues as one of it's problems.

As a temporary measure pull down on the phone display to force a sync and wait for it to complete, a few times perhaps, and if necessary toggle off/on Bluetooth and restart the watch.

I’m also having same issues. My Fitbit was fine until this new Fitbit app was updated, well actually until google took over but the updated app stinks in so many ways & nothing but issues since. I’ve had Fitbit for years so this really stinks. Thinking about finding a different fitness tracker completely & my Versa 4 is only a few months old.

Ah yes, it does tie in with Google taking over. l

Fitbit need to look into it, feeling the same about my tracker - its very frustrating.

Hi Guy_

I did that probably about 30 times yesterday, and rebooted, logged in and out, repaired - literally EVERYTHING - all of the suggestions I researched and some combos I made up.

Still nothing.

@SA78  As far as lo calories burned, are you getting heart rate readings?
