2 possibilities: either you have selected a third-party clock face that only shows military time (not sure Versa 4 even allows third-party clock faces), or it is that way in the settings.

From phone app Today screen:

gear settings icon at top right > App Settings > Clock Display Time

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @Dektnitphong64  - in addition pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons, in some modes the watch is in 24 hr display.

It is unlikely, but check settings for your watch face in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile.

Hi there, @Dektnitphong64. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, we're here to help!

As @JohnnyRow
has mentioned, you can set the clock format on your Versa 4 to 24 or 12 hours. Nevertheless, keep in mind that if your Versa 4 keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 12 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 24 hr format even when I have set my clock to 12 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face. For more information, see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Also, please keep in mind @Guy_'s input.
