Battery drains within an hour after fully charged. I have closed all the features u have stated in tips to improve battery life in versa 4.I have all the tips. But still my battery draining problem be not resolved. I have purchased 3 months before. What should I do. I think I have choose a wrong product.

Hi @Selvarajeswari - your watch probably has a serious fault and should be replaced under warranty. But first check the real battery level.
Charge the watch fully till it says 100% when you tap it while charging, if it gets hot while charging stop immediately.
Restart the watch and logout of the Fitbit App on your phone and turn off Bluetooth. Then swipe the watch face down to get to Quick Settings any time to see the current battery level.
If it still dies within hours it cannot be fixed, even a factory reset isn't worth doing. But as it needs replacing you can do a simple test - fully charge, then do a factory reset from the watch Settings menu and leave it a day - if it is still charged, set it up again in the Fitbit App.
