How do I change the clock format on my Versa 4?

How do I change this clock face to 12-hour time? I checked my settings, and it says it's on 12-hour time. When I had a Fitbit Versa (1), I had no problem with the original clock face. It had 12-hour time for me. I really love this clock face, but I can't stand the 24-hour time.me

Hi @MrChubbo - did you pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off Always On (which can be in 24 hr mode only).

However it can also be a clock face issue, in the Gallery tile see if the clock face has it's own settings and if still a problem try another clock face.

Of course if you just changed it in the app without fully syncing and sometimes restarting the watch, the change may not have been registered yet.

Hi there, @MrChubbo. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, we're here to help you!

Have you tried what @Guy_ suggested?

Please note that if your Versa 4
keeps showing in a wrong clock format, try switching to a clock face that actually shows the 24 hr format. I have set a few clock faces that only show 12 hr format even when I have set my clock to 24 hrs. So, I recommend choosing a different clock face.
