How do I locate my lost Versa 4?

Hey guys,

I work as a paramedic and two days after having been given the Versa 4 as a gift I was at work and it was lost. I downloaded multiple find my blue tooth or Fitbit apps and have been unable to locate it. Is there anything else I can do? Can I track it another way? It’s not in my home or paramedic base

Hello @Alishamac and welcome to the Community.  Sorry about your lost Fitbit.  Fitbits sync every fifteen minutes.  Tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your app.  Your Versa 4 tile will show the last sync time.  You might find a different place to search, based on the last sync time.

It does not sync to my Fitbit or show me the last time it synced since I am
out of range and it only shows my phone. The fact these fitbits are so
expensive and the bands used are so easily undone and faulted to the fact
I’ve had it 3 days total and it was lost my first day of work is beyond. I
have tried everything to locate it. It should be replaced due to your
faulty bands and if it is not that is fine I will go with Apple and explain
to every co worker I have how expensive Fitbit is and how easily it can be
lost and not replaced. The price for a watch to last 3 days with an active
person to be lost due to the faulty band is ridiculous. I explained on the
chat that I have used a blue tooth and Fitbit locator, I have checked at
patients houses and the hospitals and I am still unable to locate it.
